my arm hurts

hopefully i'm just being paranoid, but my left arm has been hurting today, and it seems to be getting worse. it's especially bad right now... it won't stop. i know that can also be a sign of heart problems. considering all that i've done... i'm kinda scared. actually i'm really scared. i hope i am just overreacting.

oh, God, i'm sorry. i repent. i will never take another one of these sleeping pills again!! please let me be ok...
