rabbits and chocolate... but not chocolate rabbits

so the rabbits have a tarp hanging over their cage, to keep them from being in the direct sunlight. when i took bubble outside today, around 5:30, i noticed that it had blown off somehow. it was almost 90 outside, and they had been stuck in the sun.

i ran down there, and found pixel laying limp in the corner of her cage. her face was all wet. for some reason, when rabbits get heatstroke, liquid comes from their nose and mouth. i have no idea why. but her face was all wet, and she was breathing really hard, and she looked like she was about dead. i grabbed her and took inside. i stuck her in the sink and put cold water on her. she perked up a little.

then i went out to get bit. his face was also all wet, but he wasn't laying down. i brought him in and just put some cold water on his ears.

luckily i got to them in time, and now they're sitting in the living room waiting for me to take them back out. poor bunnies. that must have been terrible!

i am so tired. i had trouble sleeping again. it really sucks, because i was gonna go over to tara's house tonight, but now all i want to do is sleep. i know that if i go over there, i'll just be really tired, and then i won't be able to sleep much. so i guess now i have to wait until next week sometime, because she won't be free again until then.

sigh.

i think i'm addicted to chocolate. like, seriously. i can't go a day without eating it. lately i've been wanting to eat it several times a day. today i've almost made myself sick. maybe it's the caffeine or something?

i think i was gonna write about something else here, but i think i forgot it. i'm so tired that i can hardly think. oh well, i guess i should go take the rabbits back outside now.
