ferret... yay!

today is a sleepless day. i woke up around 9 to go to the bathroom, and i went and checked my emails before going back to bed. i found an email from that angora ferret breeder, who i have been emailing back and forth with a little bit. she told me that the ferrets that are available now are from the last litters of the summer, and most of them are already spoken for, so i might want to go ahead and order one. i had the money already in my account, but my mom wanted to call the airline and ask them questions before i paid.

after laying in bed for a few minutes, i could already tell that there was no way that i was going to be able to sleep. i went ahead and got up, and waited for my mom to get up so that i could have her call. she got up around 10:30, and said that she would call in a half hour.

while i was sitting in my room waiting, someone called and started leaving a message about wanting to buy a bunny. what did my mom do? she went and answered it, and brought the phone to me! i didn't want to talk to anyone. i've been having my dad doing all the talking to these bunny buying people. suddenly i had to talk to someone, and was given no warning at all. it sucked.

normally we would schedule people to come over later in the evening, when my dad is home, but i couldn't do enough talking to do that. she said she would be over in a few hours, so i just said, "ok." so supposedly she's gonna call before she comes. i hope she does come. it was almost three hours ago at this point.

after my mom called the airline, i went ahead and paid for my ferret. so...yay! i'm gonna get my angora ferret!!

i haven't updated this in a few days, because i've been obsessed with something and have been spending all my free time on it. you might know that a while ago i posted a link to my little "life story" thing. i'm now sort of rewriting it, making it better and more detailed, and also adding in the last few years. i really wanna get it done, but i think i'm gonna take a break today. i want to write about youth group here soon. i'm gonna be staying over at tara's house probably tomorrow night, so i wanna get that done before i leave.

i guess i'll go back to bed and try to get a little more sleep before this rabbit person shows up, though i doubt i will actually get back to sleep.
