so tired

Sunday, Jul. 22, 2007 | 3:27 AM

let's see if i can type this coherently... while on three hours of sleep. i wanted to write about today...the one that ended like three hours ago.

i woke up around 9 am, after about three hours of sleep, and couldn't get back to sleep. i was thinking about the house. sometimes i get really excited about something, and i can't help but think about it while i'm trying to sleep, and then my brain just starts wandering all over the place from there, and then it gets to a point that sleep is pretty much impossible. it sucks.

i got up a few times and got online for a while to try to make myself feel tired. but no matter how tired i was... i just couldn't sleep. i FINALLY started falling asleep sometime after 3, but then i had this weird scary dream and woke me up. it was only around 3:40. i stayed in bed after that for another hour, and then gave up.

later, my dad and i went to that house again. he had to do some stuff with wires under the house, so i crawled under there with him. maybe i'm weird, but i rather liked it under there. i like small spaces. i'm like, anti-claustrophobic. i crawled around and explored while my dad did his wire stuff. i felt like a ferret. the only thing that bothered me was the smell.

everything was fine, until my dad noticed something and said, "i know why you don't like it under here... it's been fogged."

"what's that mean?"

"it's bug poison."

wonderful. i was wallowing in bug poison.

i promptly crawled out and went outside. i then took some pictures of bubble, until my dad needed my help again.

i also took more videos of the place. i took one that shows the hot tub thing, and also played around on the little play structure. i went down the little slide...after wiping the bugs out of my way. then i took one before we left, showing the front of the place kinda. next time i'll take pictures.

here's the pictures i took of bubble. i was experimenting with changing my iso when i was taking them. i made it so that it was more light sensitive, so the pictures weren't all dark with the dimming evening light. making it more sensitive degrades the quality though. they're very noisy. if you look at the brown wood, or bubble's orangeness, you see all kinds of green and purple pixels in there. that's photographic noise. (of the digital variety.)

and i wish i could have brushed her first. her fur would look nicer.

oh well, here they are...
