eagle creek or sandy?

i know i was excited about the house in sandy, and i still am... but now we've found one in eagle creek. it also has two bathrooms and is a third of an acre. plus is has wood floors, and is a little bit cheaper. and i like eagle creek better.

so we're gonna go look at it tomorrow.
